Using leftovers from a short ribs
dish, add a small amount of tomato paste and
red wine and shred the beef till the desired
consistency is achieved.
Prepare your favorite mashed potato
recipe but keep the mashed potatoes on the firm
side.
Dice some kale or spinach and
saute lightly.
Use a mold and spoon in the short-ribs
followed by the mashed potatoes then the kale.
